1General Provisions & Definitions

Each user may create and operate only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and all balances forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided when creating an account — including name, mobile number, and identity details — must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

3Account Management & Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify bdu88 support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdu88 may request the submission of documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals or certain services may be restricted until the verification process is complete. Failure to submit the required documents may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account. Attempting to access another person's account or manage an account on someone else's behalf is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on bdu88 are currently supported through three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). No payment methods other than these three are currently accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the account provided at the time of registration. Requests to transfer funds to a third-party account will not be accepted. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met, the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

It is your responsibility to verify the details of all transactions. If there is an issue with any transaction, notify support within 24 hours. bdu88 reserves the right to correct unintentional errors caused by technical faults or system outages.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdu88 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳48,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000, even if the deposit amount is higher.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bdu88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All bets on bdu88 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. It is the Member's responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet. bdu88 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or under incorrect circumstances due to technical errors.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, bet amounts may be refunded. In the event of a dispute over a result, bdu88's decision is final.

6.3 Casino & Slots Games

All casino games are operated by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. The general RTP (Return to Player) of each game is based on probability and does not guarantee any winnings.

6.4 Live Casino

In the event of a connection disruption or technical issue during a live dealer game, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the game provider's logs.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or family.
• Creating or managing an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus arbitrage or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform bug or error.
