Your control tools
bdu88 gives you a set of powerful tools — build your own gaming environment, your way.
Deposit Limit
Set a deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take some time to process, keeping your protection in place.
Time-Out (Break)
You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this break you will not be able to place bets; once the break ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. This option lets you close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. While an exclusion is active, promotional communications will also be stopped.
Reality Check
At set intervals, a brief summary of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered will appear. This reminder helps you stay on track and avoid spending too much time playing.
Bet Limit
Decide in advance how much you will bet per session or per game. Enjoy playing without going beyond your financial plan. The bdu88 support team is always on hand to help you set limits.
Full Account Closure
If you feel gaming is no longer right for you, you can request a permanent account closure at any time. Contact us via live chat or email [email protected] and we will act quickly.
Protecting minors
bdu88 firmly believes that online gaming is for adults only. Players must be at least 21 years old to register an account on our platform and to take part in any form of betting or casino game.
We verify age at registration and again later when necessary. If there is any suspicion that a minor is using an account, we suspend it immediately.
If there are minors in your household, use parental control software on your devices. Always keep your login details private and do not allow anyone else to use your account.
Advice for Parents
- Always keep your bdu88 account password private.
- Do not leave a logged-in device within reach of children or teenagers.
- Install a parental control app on your devices.
- Have an open conversation with your children about the harms of online gambling.
- If you have any suspicions, let us know at [email protected] — we will investigate.
Recognise the signs of problem gambling

- A tendency to place larger bets to chase losses.
- Hiding your gaming or lying to family and friends about it.
- Prioritising gaming over work, family, or study.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or low when not playing.
- Repeatedly failing in attempts to stop playing.
- Growing financial difficulties, relationship problems, or increasing stress.
- Neglecting sleep, food, or important responsibilities because of gaming.
Do not hesitate to ask for help
